Helping a client through a breach at 2 a.m.? Provider mode lets a responder run the same guided plan for many clients, switch between them, and hand off a clean summary in the morning.
What it does
- A client list: each client has its own incidents, timeline, evidence log, and contacts.
- A dashboard of open incidents and upcoming deadlines across clients.
- Branded hand-off summaries you can give the client or their counsel.
- Internal notes that stay out of client exports.
Availability: provider mode is currently limited to InventiveHQ responders signed in with an InventiveHQ account. It is not yet released.
